Obituary for Cydney Terese Fights (Haynes)

Cydney Terese  Fights (Haynes)
Cydney Terese Fights of Terre Du Lac, Missouri was born on February 6, 1957, a daughter to the late Dale Haynes and the late Patricia (Hoskins) Haynes. On February 23, 1974, Cydney was united in marriage to Michael L. Fights in Fairmount, Indiana, and four children were born unto this union.

Cydney entered eternal rest on Monday, November 20, 2017 at the Parkland Hospital surrounded by her family having reached the age of sixty years, nine months, and fourteen days.

Cydney will be missed by all who knew and loved her including her beloved husband, Michael Fights of Terre Du Lac; four children: Michael Fights II and wife Beth of Park Hills, Matthew Fights and wife Carrie of Elkhart, Illinois, Mitchell Fights and wife Diana of Kellyville, Oklahoma, and Abbigayle Lamke and husband Patric of Terre Du Lac; brother, Jeffrey Haynes and wife Terri of Zionsville, Indiana; sister, Tracy Mansfield and husband Tom of Indianapolis, Indiana; and seven grandchildren: John, Emilee, Robert, Shelby, Adleigh, Simon, and Naomi.

In addition to her parents, Cydney is preceded in death by her granddaughter, Hope Fights.

Visitation for Cydney was held on Saturday, November 25, 2017, beginning at 11:00 AM, held at the House of Praise Church of God, located at 6500 Dunn Rd., Desloge, MO. A Memorial Service was held at 1:00 PM with Pastor Rick Wade officiating assisted by Pastor Richie Young. Musical Selections were: "The Prayer", "How Great Thou Art" and Softly and Tenderly".

Funeral arrangements were entrusted to the care and direction of the DeClue Funeral Home, Potosi, Missouri.
