Obituary for Thomas Lewis Archer
Thomas Lewis Archer of Savannah, Georgia, formerly of Terre Du Lac, Missouri, passed away on Thursday, October 4, 2018 having reached the age of 69. Thomas was born on November 10, 1948 in St. Louis, a son of the late Elmer L. Archer and the late Ina L. (Curtis) Archer.
On September 21, 1968 Thomas was united in marriage to Sandra Schisler and they shared 50 years together.
Thomas will be missed by all who loved and knew him including his wife, Sandy Archer; daughter, Jennifer (Chris) Huff; son, Daniel (Liz) Archer; sister, Doris (Jerry) Bagan; seven grandchildren: Haley (Aaron) Pritchet, Lane (Shelby) Huff, Ben Archer, Nate Archer, Caroline, Michael, and Eileen; two great grandchildren: Sawyer and Jaylin; also surviving are nieces, nephews and dear friends.
In addition to his parents, He was preceded in death by one brother, Jim Archer and one sister, Sherry Stewart.
A Memorial Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 13, 2018 from 5-7 p.m. at the DeClue Funeral Home, 301 East High Street, Potosi, Missouri 63664.
A Celebration of Life service will follow beginning at 7 p.m. held in the DeClue Memorial Chapel with Pastor Dwight Jones officiating.
Interment and final prayers will be held at the Sunset Hill Cemetery. Funeral Arrangements were entrusted to the care and direction of the DeClue Funeral Home.
